Jaguar 420G

Right hand drive manual overdrive car sold new in South Africa and believed to be a presidential vehicle fitted with factory air conditioning. Very rare in original Embassy black with red leather. The 420G was the last and rarest of the MK X range and still one of the widest production cars ever built in the UK. We have just fitted new timing chain, two new fuel pumps and the car drives beautifully and is very powerful but easy to handle with a nifty turning circle, light steering and a superb ride. No large saloon of the sixties has such an air of menace about it. Superb history file establishes genuine mileage of under 60,000. Fitted with electric windows all round, and power steering. Overdrive works as it should giving relaxed cruising. This car is not a show piece but a genuine original vehicle with no evidence of rust and all its original features.
